Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of korevin.com (the “Site”) and any informational content offered by Korevin Solutions (“Korevin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You will not:
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Site’s operation or security.
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract content without our express written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any portion of the Site.
- Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or otherwise harmful material.
2. Services & Engagements
Information presented on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer of services. Any consulting, implementation, or advisory work performed by Korevin is governed by a separate signed engagement agreement between you (or your organization) and Korevin Solutions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, design, code, and other materials — is the property of Korevin Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
4. Submissions
Information you submit through the Site (audit requests, contact messages, scheduling forms) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you represent that you have the authority to share it and that it is accurate.
5. Third-Party Services & Links
The Site integrates with third-party services (including Google Analytics, Calendly, and email/form providers) and may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korevin Solutions, its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Korevin Solutions and its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, with venue in or near Garden Grove, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above will indicate when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
