LEGAL
Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how Korevin Solutions (“Korevin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit korevin.com or interact with our services. By using our website you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We collect information you voluntarily submit, including:
- Audit requests: email address, company / role, and any free-text you include about what you’d like to automate.
- Discovery call bookings: name, email, scheduling preferences, and any answers you provide to questions in our booking flow, captured by our scheduling provider (Calendly).
- Email correspondence: the contents of any message you send us directly.
- Billing & payment details: when you purchase services or subscribe, we collect your full name, email, complete billing address, and phone number. A phone number and full address are required for fraud-protection screening at checkout. Card numbers and CVV values are entered directly into Stripe’s hosted fields and are never transmitted to or stored on Korevin systems — see “Payment Processing & Stripe” below.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, time on site, referring URL, navigation path, scroll behavior, and similar engagement signals.
- Device data: device type, operating system, browser, screen size, language, and approximate location (derived from IP address).
- Cookies and identifiers: see “Cookies & Tracking Technologies” below.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries, deliver requested audits, and coordinate discovery calls.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the website and our services.
- To measure marketing performance and understand which content resonates.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
3. Third Parties & Service Providers
We share information with service providers who help us operate the site, measure performance, and reach relevant audiences. Each provider is bound by their own privacy commitments:
- Google Analytics 4, Google Signals, and Google’s Advertising Features — website analytics, audience insights, demographic and interest reporting, remarketing, and ad-personalization signals. Loads only after you grant consent via our cookie banner. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses advertising cookies.
- Calendly — scheduling and discovery call bookings. See Calendly’s Privacy Policy.
- Form processor (Formspree or equivalent, where applicable) — secure form submission delivery.
- Email and hosting providers — to receive, store, and respond to your messages.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and Stripe Connect onboarding. Stripe receives the billing information described in Section 1 and the “Payment Processing” section below. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Outside of the providers listed above (and the fraud / risk providers Stripe engages on its own behalf, described below), we do not share the billing or contact information you provide for payment with any other third party.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, when you grant analytics and advertising consent, our use of Google Signals and Google’s advertising features may constitute “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws. You can opt out at any time — see Your Privacy Choices below.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to function correctly and, with your consent, to measure engagement and serve more relevant content and advertising. Cookies fall into three categories:
- Strictly necessary: required for the site to function (security, page rendering, your cookie preferences). Always active.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): measures how visitors engage with the site. Set only after you click “Accept All” in our cookie banner.
- Advertising / Marketing (Google Signals, Google Ads tagging): enables audience insights, demographic and interest reporting, remarketing, and ad personalization across Google’s network. Set only after you click “Accept All.”
We implement Google Consent Mode v2. All four consent signals — analytics_storage,
ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization — default to
denied until you provide explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time via
“Manage cookies” in the footer.
Cookies set after you accept
Analytics (first-party, set on korevin.com):
_ga— distinguishes unique users by assigning a random identifier. Retention: 2 years._ga_G-6SCN2MQ653— persists session state for our specific Analytics property. Retention: 2 years.
Advertising (first-party):
_gcl_au— Google Ads conversion linker. Stores attribution information used to measure ad effectiveness. Retention: 90 days.
Advertising (third-party, set on google.com / doubleclick.net):
NID— Google. Stores preferences and information used to personalize ads on Google services and partner sites. Retention: up to 6 months.IDE— Google / DoubleClick. Used to register and report user actions on the site after viewing or clicking an advertiser’s ad, for the purpose of measuring effectiveness and presenting targeted ads. Retention: up to 13 months.
First-party cookies are only set on the korevin.com domain and contain no directly identifying
information (no name, email, or precise location). Third-party cookies set by Google are governed by
Google’s policies and may persist across other sites you visit. You can remove all of them by clicking
“Reject All” in our cookie banner or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.
Your Privacy Choices (California & similar jurisdictions)
California residents (and residents of states with similar laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others) have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right on our site:
- Click “Manage cookies” in the footer and choose “Reject All.” This denies all advertising and analytics consent signals and prevents the cookies described above from being set.
- Or email korevin.integrations.ai@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Choices” and we will process your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where technically supported by our consent platform.
5. Payment Processing & Stripe
All payments, subscriptions, and embedded billing flows on this site are processed by Stripe, Inc. Korevin Solutions does not operate its own card vault. When you check out, the sensitive card data (full card number, expiration, CVV) is captured inside Stripe’s hosted form and transmitted directly from your browser to Stripe — it never touches our servers, our databases, or our staff.
What we share with Stripe
To complete a purchase, the following information is passed to Stripe:
- Your name and email address.
- Your complete billing address.
- Your phone number.
- Approximate geographic / IP data inferred at checkout.
Full billing address and phone number are required as part of Stripe’s fraud-protection screening. We do not sell this information and we do not pass it to any third party other than Stripe and the providers listed in Section 3.
Stripe’s real-time fraud and risk network
During checkout, Stripe may share elements of your transaction information with third-party security, risk, and fraud-prevention providers Stripe contracts with on its own behalf. This is performed in real time to protect you — the purchaser — from fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method. Korevin Solutions has no visibility into, and no input on, which providers Stripe consults, what signals are sent, or how those providers decide to authorize, decline, or flag a payment. For security reasons, Stripe does not disclose to us whether any specific transaction was subject to additional risk review, nor by which sources.
Stripe Connect
Where we use Stripe Connect (for example, when you onboard as a connected account), Stripe collects identity, business, and banking information directly from you during the Connect sign-up flow. We are able to view a limited subset of that information through the Stripe dashboard — typically your name, business name, contact details, and payout status. We may use information collected through Stripe Connect and through our embedded subscription / payment flows for internal marketing and product improvement purposes (for example, contacting you about relevant offerings or analyzing aggregate customer behavior). We do not resell or externally distribute that information.
Who can see billing information internally
Access to any billing record — including the data visible via the Stripe dashboard, Stripe Connect onboarding records, and embedded subscription data — is restricted to background-checked, vetted senior staff members on a need-to-know basis. No member of Korevin Solutions has access to, or the ability to retrieve, your full card number or CVV under any circumstances; those values are held exclusively by Stripe.
Removing your payment information
Consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request that we delete the billing and contact information we hold about you, and you may also request deletion from Stripe’s records (subject to Stripe’s own legal retention obligations for tax, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes). To make a request, email korevin.integrations.ai@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Payment Data.”
Important limitation: we cannot delete or recall any information that Stripe shared with its third-party risk and fraud-prevention providers during the payment process. We do not have access to that information, we do not know which providers received it, and Stripe does not disclose those details to us. Any deletion request directed to those providers must be pursued separately and is governed by their own retention policies and legal obligations.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, and meet legal obligations. Audit-request inquiries are typically retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction. Analytics data is retained per Google’s defaults (14 months) unless changed.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, including the billing details held by Korevin and (subject to Stripe’s legal retention obligations) by Stripe — see Removing your payment information.
- Withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, via the “Manage cookies” footer link).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at korevin.integrations.ai@gmail.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
8. International Transfers
Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using our site, you consent to this transfer.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the Effective Date above. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
